About VitalReviewHub
VitalReviewHub is a healthy-living blog. We write about everyday wellness — supplements, routines, food, and the small decisions that add up over years — and we try to do it without the breathless tone most of this space runs on.
We started it because nearly every page ranking for these topics reads like it was written by whoever sells the product. We wanted a version that wasn’t.
How we work
We read the label. What’s in it, at what amount, and whether that amount is anywhere near what the studies used. Plenty of formulas print impressive ingredient names at doses too small to matter. When that’s the case, we say so.
We check the practical details. Price, whether it auto-ships, what the refund window actually is. These things change, so we date every check — and you should look again before you buy.
We read what people actually report, then discard most of it. The glowing five-paragraph write-ups that end with a link are usually advertising. What’s left is more useful, even when it’s less flattering.
Then we say who it suits and who should skip it.
What we won’t do
We don’t say these products cure, treat or prevent anything. They’re supplements. We describe what the manufacturer states and what published evidence supports, and we stop there.
We don’t invent results. We don’t have a lab, and when we cite research we link to it so you can read it yourself.
If you take medication or manage a health condition, talk to a clinician before adding anything to your routine. That isn’t a formality we’re required to print — it’s the actual advice.
How the site is funded
Some product links here are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may be paid. It doesn’t change the price you pay, and it doesn’t change what we write. The details are in our disclosure and methodology pages.
If we got something wrong
Email editor@vitalreviewhub.com. Factual errors we fix, and we note the change on the page. If it’s a disagreement about opinion we’ll read it, but we might not change anything.
